SCHEZWAN EGG NOODLES



INGREDIENTS📝:

Eggs- 2

Soft noodles

Oil

Capsicum

Carrot

Spring onions

Chilli powder- 1 tsp

Pepper powder- 1/2tsp

Salt

Chilli sauce

Tomato sauce

Soya sauce

Schezwan sauce

LET'S COOK 🥣:

1. Boil the noodles until soft.

2. Drain tha water and let it cool.

3. Add 2tsp oil to a kadai and heat it.

4. Now break the eggs add salt and pepper and mix well.

5. Add this eggs mixture to the kadai and scramble them.

6. After frying these eggs take them out to a plate.

7. Now in the same kadai add little oil and add chopped carrots, capsicum and fry them on a medium flame for a while.

8. Now add salt as required, 1tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, 1/4 tsp chilli sauce, 1/4 tsp tomato sauce, 1/2tsp schezwan sauce and mix all the ingredients well.

9. Now sim the flame and add boiled noodles and mix them well until all the ingredients coats to noodles.

10. Now add scrambled eggs and give it a mix.

11. Finally add spring onions on top of it.

12. Schezwan egg noodles are ready to serve🤤.
