RICE FINGERS



Wana eat a crispy snack?🤔

But u have no mood to get the ingredients from mart?

It's perfectly alright u only need leftover rice😝 and few simple ingredients. 

Well...! Don't get amazed🤭 come on....! Let's cook!

INGREDIENTS📝:

rice( cooked)

Maida/all purpose flour- 1tbsp

Corn flour- 1tbsp (optional)

Chilli powder- 1tsp

Salt

Turmeric- a pinch

Coriander powder- 1/2tsp

Chat masala- 1/4 tsp
 
Oil

LET'S COOK🥣:

1. Add cooked rice, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chat masala,  maida/all purpose flour, corn flour and mix all the ingredients together to form a dough.

2. Now shape them to fingers or as per ur desired shapes.

3. Deep fry them until crisp.

Enjoy them with tomato ketchup 😋
