SHAHI PANEER

Here's the recipe for veg lovers 😍. 


Not only vegans but also everyone craves for paneer 😋.


I personally love paneer❤️


it can hold any flavour u give to it. 


U can make it in any way like masala curry, manchurian, paneer-65, tikka and lot more🤤


Today I made restaurant style Shahi paneer.

 

This is not at all tough as u all think, but gives amazing flavour blast to ur taste buds🤤.


Come let's get started🤟


INGREDIENTS📝:


Paneer- 250gms

Garam masala powder

Tomato puree- 1cup

Onions- 1 chopped

Turmeric powder-1/2tsp

Ginger garlic paste- 1tsp

Chilli powder- 1table spoon

Coriander powder- 1/2tsp

Pav bhaji masala-1/2tsp (optional)

Butter

Besan- 1tsp


LET'S COOK 🥣:


Add diced paneer in hot water for 3-4 mins.


Now roast besan and put aside.


Now to a kadai add butter/oil and add onions, salt.


Fry them until soft and turn golden brown.


Now to it add little ginger garlic paste and sauté.


Add little turmeric powder, then add tomato puree and mix well.


Now add garam masala, chilli powder, pav bhaji masala (optional), Coriander powder and mix until everything combines well.


Now on a low-medium flame let the masala cook really well.


Now add water as required and close the lid.


Let it cook until oil/butter starts to ooze from the sides.


Then add paneer from the hot water to the masala and close the lid.


Let it cook on a medium flame for 3-4 mins.


Now u r completely done with the process 😋.


Add coriander leaves finally and serve with roti/naan.
