I personally miss eating street food.
Pav bhaji is one of my favourites. I'm really craving for street food alot these days.
So I couldn't stop myself cooking it at home rather than getting from out.
This delicious Pav bhaji is a street food dish from India.
It consists of a thick vegetable curry served with a soft bread.
Its origins are in the state of Maharashtra.
But it is available easily anywhere.
Hyderabad has what not? We can find all kinds of food originated in different states, countries in our Hyderabad.

INGREDIENTS📝:
Pav buns
Potato - 2(boiled and mashed)
Tomato puree - 1cup
Onion - 1(chopped)
Carrots- 2(boiled and mashed)
Cauliflower- 1/2cup(boiled and mashed)
Salt
Ginger garlic paste -1/4tsp
Chilli powder- 1tsp
Pav bhaji masala - 1tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Ghee/butter
Oil
LET'S COOK🥣:
1. Add 3tsp oil to a pan and heat it.
2. Now add chopped onions, salt as required and saute them until they turn light golden brown.
3. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry on a low flame.
4. Add tomato puree, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pav bhaji masala, coriander powder and mix well.
5. Now add boiled and mashed potatoes, carrots and cauliflower in the pan and mix well.
6. Now add water as required and mix well.
7. Close the lid and let it cook for a min on a low-medium flame and off the stove.
8. Roast the pav buns with ghee or butter or oil on a pan.
9. Add little ghee/butter finally in the curry for extra taste.
SERVE THIS CURRY WITH PAV BUNS😋❤️
