This can be seriously cooked in very less time.

This is absolutely amazing, spicy and yummy snack😋

I just wanted to eat something, then I've treasured all over the kitchen and fridge, then I found this soya chunks.

I visualize many things when I'm hungry 😂. 

I seriously get too many ideas when I have a single item with me.

So, I thought y shouldn't i try making 65 kinda thing🤔.

Then I've put these soya chunks in hot water for 2-3 mins.

I've drained the excess water and tried to gently squeeze out the excess water from them.

Now, it's time to add all the spices of your choice🥵

I personally added 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, salt as required, little turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp chat masala, 1/4tsp coriander powder (dhaniya powder) , pinch of red food colour.

Now to that mixture add 1/2tsp maida(all purpose flour),1/2 corn flour, 1/2 curd and mix well till all the masalas coat well with the chunks.

Add 2tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry them until they r cooked it take almost 1-2 mins to cook.

If you want you can even deep fry them.

I thought it would be healthy if i shallow fry them. but it's completely your choice😜

Now after frying them take them aside.

You can eat them away directly like that, but I've sauted them in sauces for less than a minute which gives a different taste to ur taste buds.

Now in the same pan add a little oil if needed.

Add sliced onion, little salt, very little pepper powder, finely chopped garlic and saute for 20secs.

Now add little tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce, food colour (optional) and mix them well. 

Now add these fried soya chunks in it and coat them with this sauces. 

Finally add spring onions on top of it.

Trust me they are damn good to convince your evening cravings🤤.
