And if it's a rainy day, samosas are the classic rainy day snacks. You won't be able to eat just one though.🤷🏻♀️
A rainy day adds more taste to your food🤤. As the clouds start to thunder and it starts to rain, your stomach starts to growl and rumble🥺.
So, come let's make samosa's❤️
CORN SAMOSA
INGREDIENTS 📝:
1.Sweet corn
2.Jeera-1/3 tsp
3.Maida- 1 cup
4.salt
5.chilli powder -1tsp
6.Pepper- 1/4tsp
7.Corianderowder- 1/2tsp
8.Jeera powder-1/4tsp
9.Finely chopped onion- 1
10.Oil
LET'S COOK🥣:
1.In a mixing bowl add maida, little salt and make it to a dough.
2. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and rest it for atleast 10-15 mins.
3. Add 2 tsp oil to a kadai and heat it on a medium flame.
4. Add jeera, chopped onion, salt as required and fry until soft.
5. Let onions get transparent then add Corn kernels in it.
6. Now add chilli powder, pepper powder, coriander powder, jeera powder and mix well.
7. Fry them until soft on a medium flame.
8. Now make the dough into lemon sized balls and make them as puris.
9. Now on a pan gently fry these puris for 4-5 seconds on both sides.
10. Make a thick gummy slury using maida and cornflour in a bowl.
11. Now cut the puris into strips and make them into cone and fill it with the corn stuff and close them using the slurry.
12. Now heat the oil for deep fry and fry these samosas on a medium flame.
13. Fry them until they turn golden brown and crisp.
