PALAK KOFTA CURRY




INGREDIENTS📝:
KOFTA
Spinach/Palak
Besan
Salt
1/2tablespoon Chilli powder
1/4tablespoon Turmeric powder
1/2tablespoon Coriander powder
1/4tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
1 finely chopped onion
Oil

INGREDIENTS FOR GRAVY📝:

garam masala powder
onion and tomato paste.
1/2tablespoon ginger garlic paste
roasted groundnuts 2tablespoon
roasted sesame seeds 2tablespoon
Salt
jeera
2tablespoon Chilli powder
1/2tablespoon turmeric powder
1/2tablespoon Coriander powder

LET'S COOK🍴:
1.Take a bowl and add chopped spinach/palak, Chopped onion, 
2.3tablespoon besan, Salt, Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Ginger garlic paste, 
3.mix them well and make it as a dough.
4.Make that dough into small kofta balls.
5.Deep fry them on a medium flame.
6.Fry them until golden brown.
7.Koftas can be directly served as a snack with tomato ketchup.

It can be made as a Kofta curry.

FOR KOFTA CURRY🍵:

1.Add roasted groundnuts and roasted sesame seeds into a blender and make them to a paste.

2.Now in a kadai add 3tsp oil.

3.Add 1/2tsp jeera and 1/4tsp garam masala.

4.Then add onion tomato paste,turmeric powder, blended groundnut sesame paste, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well.

5.Now close the kadai with a lid.

6.let it cook for 5 mins on a medium flame.

7.Now add little water for gravy and let it cook for few more minutes till the oil oozes from sides.

8.Add kofta balls to the gravy close the lid and off the stove so that the flavours settle into koftas.

This curry works best with Roti/Puri/Rice.
