IN FRAME: EGG 65


INGREDIENTS📝:


Boiled eggs- 3

Maida -2 table spoons

Salt

Chilli powder -1 1/2tsp

Pepper powder -1/4tsp

Ginger garlic paste- 1/4tsp

Turmeric powder- 1/4tsp

Coriander powder- 1/2tsp

Chilli sauce -1/2tsp

Tomato sauce- 1/2tsp

Soya sauce- 1/4tsp

Oil


Red food colour- pinch (OPTIONAL)


LET'S COOK🥣:


1. Cut the white part of boiled eggs into small pieces don't add the yellow one's. 


(because they form froath in the oil while frying and they may spoil ur dish)


2. Now add all the mentioned ingredients along with sauces to the egg pieces and mix well to bind them in bite sized balls.


3. Now deep fry them in oil until cooked in a medium flame.


4. You can serve them as it is or you can saute them in sauces to get the dish same like above pictures.


5. Now to saute in a kadai add a tbsp oil, chopped garlic, sliced onion, little salt, 1/4tsp pepper powder and fry them until onions turn soft.


6. Now add 1tsp tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp chilli sauce, 1/2tsp soya sauce and mix well.


7. Add  very little water in kadai to this sauces mixture.


8. Let this water heat and boil a bit then add fried egg-65 in the kadai and coat well with these sauces.


9. Finally add spring onions, Coriander leaves and serve hot🤤
