INGREDIENTS📝:
⚪All purpose flour/
⚪maida- 1 1/2 cup
⚪Ghee- 1tsp
⚪Sugar- 1 cup
⚪Eno- 1/2 tsp
⚪Cardamom- 2
⚪Orange food colour
LET'S COOK🥣:
1. Take a mixing bowl add maida/ all purpose flour, ENO, ghee and mix very well to a form a thick flowy batter.
2. Now to a deep bottomed vessel add sugar, 1 cup water, food colour, crushed cardamom and make it to a thick syrup.
3. Now to a flat bottomed pan add 1/4 inch of oil and heat it.
4. Make sure oil is not too cool or not too hot.
5. Now pour the flour batter to a sauce bottle/ a piping bag/ any polythene.
6. I prefer to choose a water bottle with a hole on its lid.
7. Now in the oil add batter by giving it a jilebi shape.
8. Fry them until crisp and immediately add into sugar syrup and dip them by pressing down in the syrup with a spoon.
9. Now make another batch of jilebi and add to syrup.
10. soak the jilebi in syrup until next batch is done and take them to a plate.
Crispy and juicy jilebi are now ready🤤
