SO Y NOT LET'S HAVE A VIEW OF THIS AUTHENTIC RECIPE OF HYDERABADI DUM BIRYANI🤤

FEATURING: HYDERABADI CHICKEN DUM BIRYANI🍗

PREPARATION TIME: 1 HOUR

INGREDIENTS📝:

  • Chicken- 500gms
  • Curd- 1cup
  • Chilli powder- 3tsp
  • Pepper powder- 1/2tsp
  • Biryani masala- 1tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 1/2tsp
  • Green chillies- 2(slit)
  • Mint leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Lemon juice- 1tsp
  • Onions
  • Cinnamon stick- 1 inch
  • Caradomom- 3
  • Garam masala powder- 1/2tsp
  • Basmati rice- 750gms
  • Oil
  • Ghee- 1tsp

LET'S COOK🥣:

1. Marinade the chicken by adding salt, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, pepper powder, coriander powder, curd, lemon juice, mint leaves, coriander leaves, garam masala powder.

2. Put marinated chicken aside for atleast 25-30 mins.

3. Also soak basmati rice for atleast 15-20 mins.
Now to a thick bottomed vessel add oil and heat it.

4. Add sliced onions and fry until brown.

5. Now to it add marinated chicken and cook on a medium flame.

6. Now add biryani masala to it and mix well.
On the other hand add 2 cups of water to one cup rice.

7. Add cinnamon stick, cardamom in it.

8. Cook the rice for 75-80% and drain excess water.

9. Now shift cooked chicken to a bowl and add a layer of rice in the vessel.

10. Add a layer of cooked chicken on top of rice.

11. Now add another layer of rice on top of chicken.

12. you can make as many layers as you want.

13. Finally add ghee and close the lid.

14. Let the rice steam/dum for few mins until there is no moist in rice.

Finally Authentic Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani is ready to serve.🤤
