INGREDIENTS:
🍗Chicken breasts - 2
🍗Yogurt - 2tablespoon salt
🍗ginger garlic paste
🍗Chilli powder - 1tablespoon
🍗Turmeric powder- 1/4tablespoon
🍗Coriander powder - 1/2tablespoon
🍗Garam masala powder - 1/4tablespoon
🍗Tomato sauce - 1tablespoon
🍗Red/Green chilli sauce - 1tablespoon
🍗Tandoori flavoured mayonnaise - 1tablespoon oil(for frying purpose)

🍗Garam masala powder - 1/4tablespoon

LET'S COOK🍴 :
- Make few horizontal cuts on chicken breast pieces.
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl.
- Mix well to get it in a thick paste consistency.
- Marinade with this paste thoroughly to chicken breast pieces and rest it for 15-20 mins.
- Now add 5-6 spoons of oil to a pan.
- Heat it on a high flame, add breast pieces on it.
- flip them occasionally and let them roast for atleast 25 mins on a medium flame.
- Poke them with a fork to check whether it's cooked or not.
- Add coriander leaves and serve with onions and lemon.
- Here's your roasted tandoori chicken ready to taste....😋
